Add 1/2 cup water to the bowl and mix well to make a smooth paste; keep it aside.

Make puri from 2 medium-sized tomatoes.

Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add the tomato puri to the pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the oil separates on top.

Add the masala paste to the pan.

Add 1/2 cup boiled green peas (or frozen green peas) to the pan and mix well; cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add 150 g paneer cubes to the pan and mix nicely with the masala paste.

Add 1/2 cup water to the pan and give everything a nice mix.

If needed, add salt to taste and mix again; cover and cook on low-medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.

After 5 to 6 minutes, check the gravy; it should be thick.

Finally, add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream and some coriander leaves; mix everything nicely.
