Instructions

  1. 1Cook prawns in boiling water until pink, about 3-4 minutes, then cool.
  2. 2Chop celery and red onion finely.
  3. 3Mix prawns, celery, red onion, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4Spread butter on slices of bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole red snapper, cleaned and scaled
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the whole red snapper under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3Coat the red snapper evenly with the flour mixture, ensuring the inside of the fish is also coated.
  4. 4Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. 5Carefully place the coated red snapper in the hot oil and fry for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6Once cooked, remove the fish from the skillet and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, garlic, ginger paste, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, salt, cilantro, breadcrumbs, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  2. 2Shape the mixture into long, thin kebabs.
  3. 3Preheat a grill or pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
  4. 4Cook the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
  5. 5While the kebabs are cooking, prepare the yogurt sauce by mixing yogurt, lemon juice, black pepper, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  6. 6Once the kebabs are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. 7Warm the tortillas or flatbreads on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  8. 8Place 2-3 kebabs on each tortilla, drizzle with yogurt sauce, and roll them up tightly.
