Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
