1 small boiled potato
½ cup sugar
1 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cornflour
4 tbsp cornflour
2 medium onions
1 green chili
5 garlic cloves
12-15 cashews
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp kitchen king masala
2 tbsp red chili powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
2 tbsp fresh cream
½ cup water
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp oil

Grate ½ cup paneer and add 1 small boiled potato, mashed.

Add ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and salt to taste.

Mix in 2 tbsp cornflour and then add 4 tbsp cornflour for binding.

Shape the mixture into small balls resembling grapes.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the cheese balls on low flame until golden brown.

Remove the fried balls and set aside.

In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp oil.

Add whole spices: 1 bay leaf, 1 star anise, 1 piece of cinnamon, 2 green cardamoms, and 3 cloves.

Add 2 medium chopped onions and salt to help them cook faster; sauté until translucent.

Add 1 green chili and 5 garlic cloves, mix well.

Add 12-15 cashew pieces and sauté further.

Stir in ½ tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp cumin seeds.

Add the onion paste and mix well without adding water.

Add 2 medium crushed tomatoes and cook until the mixture thickens, about 3-4 minutes.

Add ½ cup water to adjust gravy consistency and mix well.

Add salt to taste and 2 tbsp fresh cream, mix thoroughly.
