1/2 cup grated paneer
1 medium potato (boiled and mashed)
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs fresh coriander
1/2 tsp green chilli paste
3 tbs corn flour
Oil for fry
2 tbs oil
2 tbs butter
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
1 no bay leaf
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander and cumin powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 cup fresh cream
1 tbs kasuri methi

Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

For the angoori, mix grated cheese, grated paneer, boiled and mashed potato, kasuri methi, salt, fresh coriander, green chilli paste, and corn flour to form a mixture.

Shape the mixture into small balls and fry in oil until golden brown.

For the gravy, heat 2 tbs oil and 2 tbs butter in a separate pan, add ginger paste and green chilli paste, and sauté briefly.

Add bay leaf, red chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt, stirring well.

Add water if needed to adjust the gravy consistency, then add garam masala, cinnamon powder, and fresh cream.

Finally, add the fried angoori balls to the gravy and let simmer for a few minutes.
