Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a kadhai until hot.

Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt; mix well and cover to cook.

Add a little water and let it cook until the tomatoes are well mashed.

Once cooked, turn off the heat and let it cool.

Transfer the mixture to a mixer jar, add a little water, and blend until smooth.

In a bowl, combine 100 grams of grated paneer, 100 grams of grated cheese, and 2 medium-sized grated potatoes.

Add salt, black pepper powder, and 1-2 tablespoons of corn flour; mix well to form a dough.

Shape the mixture into small lemon-sized balls and grease your hands with oil.

Heat oil in another kadhai for deep frying.

Fry the balls in batches, turning them gently until golden brown.

In the same kadhai, add 1 tablespoon of kasuri methi and a spoonful of red chili powder; mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar; stir to combine.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt in the mixture.

Add the fried balls to the gravy and let it cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
