1 tsp oil
1.5 tsp red Kashmiri chili powder
2 tsp salt
600 grams fried paneer
1 tsp fenugreek
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup cream

Grind 3 tomatoes, 1 bay leaf, 2 red chillies, 1 green chilli, 8 cardamom pods, 1 tbsp ginger, 1/2 cup cashews, and 1 cup water to a paste and set aside for 15 minutes.

In a pan, heat 2-3 tsp butter and 1 tsp oil.

Add 1 green chilli and 1 tsp ginger, and sauté.

Stir in 1.5 tsp red Kashmiri chili powder and cook for a moment.

Add the prepared sauce and stir/cook for 5 minutes.

Add 2 tsp salt and 600 grams of fried paneer, and cook for 5-7 minutes.

Stir in 1 tsp fenugreek and 1/2 tsp garam masala, and cook for 1 minute.

Finally, add 1/2 cup cream and mix well.
