1

Grate 100 grams of cheese until fine.

2

Take half of the grated cheese and form small balls the size of grapes.

3

Add some crushed garlic and fresh mint leaves to the cheese for flavor.

4

Add black pepper powder and mix all ingredients together.

5

Take a little cheese mixture and form a smooth ball, repeating for the rest of the mixture.

6

In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, a pinch of salt, and enough water to make a thick batter without lumps.

7

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat for deep frying.

8

Dip the cheese balls into the batter and carefully place them into the hot oil to fry.

9

Fry until golden brown and remove them onto a tissue paper to drain excess oil.

10

For the gravy, take 3 fresh tomatoes, 2 small onions, 1 tablespoon of garlic cloves, 1 green chili, and 1 inch of ginger, and blend them together to make a paste.

11

In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of ghee and 1 tablespoon of butter until hot.

12

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add the onion paste and sauté well until the onions change color.

13

Add 1 cup of tomato puree and 1 cup of cream, along with 1 cup of sugar, and mix well.

14

Add a pinch of salt carefully, as cheese already contains salt, and let it cook for 5 minutes.

15

After 5 minutes, add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, and kitchen king masala, and mix well.

16

Cook for another minute, then add some water to adjust the gravy consistency and bring it to a boil.

17

Once boiling, add kasuri methi and mix well until fully incorporated.

18

Finally, add the fried cheese balls to the gravy and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

19

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
