1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 pc Egg
1 pack (25 sheets) Spring Roll Shell (Lumpia wrapper)

Add carrots, onion, and cilantro to the food processor. Use the 'pulse' button to chop the veggies gently.

Add water chestnut and continue to chop.

In a separate bowl, add chopped veggies, ground pork, garlic, egg, all purpose flour, salt, and pepper. Combine them all together. Once combined, Lumpia filling is ready. Set it aside.

Prepare the Lumpia wrapper (spring roll shell). Separate the sheet, fold it diagonally and cut into half.

Make a paste (to be used to seal the wrapper), to make the paste, combine the cornstarch and water.

Scoop the filling of the Lumpia and put it on the Lumpia wrapper. Wrap the Lumpia.

Prepare a pan with cooking oil. Once the oil is heated, add the Lumpia.

Cook the Lumpia until the wrapper is golden brown. Serve it!
