500g ground pork
1 medium chopped carrots
1/3 cup chopped spring onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp white sugar
1 pc egg
wonton wrapper

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped carrots, chopped spring onion, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, ground black pepper, white sugar, and the egg.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center.

Fold the wrapper around the filling and seal it properly to form a siomai shape.

Repeat the process until all the filling is used.

Steam the siomai for about 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
