100 grams Chopped Shrimp
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1 piece Chicken or Duck Egg
80 grams Chopped Carrots
4 cloves minced Garlic
2 tablespoon Cornstarch or Corn Flour
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1/2 medium size Onion - chopped
5 grams Onion Leeks or Spring Onion
2 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame or Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon White or Brown Sugar
Wanton or Siomai Wrapper

Combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, ground black pepper, egg, chopped carrots, minced garlic, cornstarch, fish sauce, chopped onion, onion leeks, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a bowl.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Place a spoonful of the mixture onto a siomai wrapper and fold to seal.

Arrange the siomai in a steamer.

Steam at medium flame for 15 minutes.
