Pork Siomai

1 Kg. Minced pork
1 medium onion minced
4 cloves garlic minced
4 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp liquid seasoning
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 pc eggs
1/2 tsp sesame oil
wonton wrapper/ siomai wrapper
1 Cup canola oil
10 pc red chili fingers
10 cloves garlic

In a bowl, combine minced pork, minced onion, minced garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, liquid seasoning, salt, ground black pepper, sugar, eggs, and sesame oil. Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated.

Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. Fold and shape the wrapper around the filling to form a siomai.

Repeat the process until all the filling is used up.

In a pan, heat canola oil and add red chili fingers and garlic to make the chili oil. Cook until the garlic is golden and fragrant.

Serve siomai with chili oil on the side.
