1/2 lb ground pork
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger, minced
1 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 cup green onions, chopped

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Gradually add water while mixing until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the ground pork, chicken broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, white pepper, and green onions until well combined.

Roll the dough into a long log and cut it into small pieces (about 20). Roll each piece into a thin circle.

Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dough circle.

Gather the edges of the dough and pleat them together to seal the filling inside, forming a small pouch.

Prepare a steamer lined with parchment paper. Place the dumplings in the steamer, leaving space between them.

Steam the dumplings over boiling water for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
