1 Cup onion leaves
2 medium size carrots
1 cup cashew nuts
1 medium size onion
1/4 Kg shrimp
1 Glove garlic
1 Tsp ground pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Ginger

Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion leaves, carrots, cashew nuts, and garlic.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped mushrooms, onion leaves, carrots, cashew nuts, shrimp, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground pepper, salt, sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Take a siomai wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.

Fold the wrapper around the filling and shape it into a siomai.
