1 cup pig brain
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green chilies
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cooking oil

In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add the pig brain to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Add water to the mixture and let it simmer for another 10 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Serve warm with a side of rice or as a dipping sauce for other dishes.
