Add sunflower oil to the frying pan.

Add 4 cloves of finely chopped garlic to the pan.

Add 300 grams of julienne carrots to the pan.

Fold the sides of the wrapper inwards and roll it up tightly.

Coat the top of the roll with the flour mixture and seal it tightly.

Fry the spring rolls in hot oil over low heat until they are golden brown.
