2 medium red onion
1 tsp peppercorn
1 small head cabbage
bunch of pechay
2 medium potatoes
10-12 pieces baguio beans
3-4 pieces saba
2 1/2-3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp salt

In a large pot, combine 3 liters of water and bring it to a boil.

Add the 1 kilo of beef cubes and cook until tender.

Once the beef is tender, add the 2 medium red onions, 1 tsp of peppercorn, and 1 tsp of salt.

Add the 2 medium potatoes, 10-12 pieces of baguio beans, and the small head of cabbage.

Finally, add the bunch of pechay and 3-4 pieces of saba.
