1-1.5 kg Beef (Beef Shanks or Brisket), cut into serving pieces
2-4 tablespoons Patis (Fish Sauce)
Approx. 8-10 cups Water (enough to cover beef generously)
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1-2 pieces Beef Cubes (for enhanced flavor)
1/2 teaspoon Magic Sarap (optional, for Filipino flavor boost)
2-3 large Potatoes, peeled and quartered
2-3 ears Corn, cut into 2-3 inch segments
About 1 cup Baguio Beans, trimmed
1-2 bundles Pechay Baguio, separated

Heat the cooking oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add the beef pieces and sauté until browned on all sides.
