900 gr. ground chicken
1350 gr. ground pork
25 gr. crushed garlic
30 gr. paprika
180 gr. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
50 ml veg. oil
3 tsp salt
2 tsp all around powder mix (optional)

Combine ground chicken and ground pork in a large mixing bowl.

Add crushed garlic, paprika, brown sugar, pepper, vegetable oil, salt, and all around powder mix (if using) to the meat mixture.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Stuff the mixture into sausage casings using a traditional sausage maker.

Twist sausages into desired lengths and tie off ends.

Cook sausages as desired.
