2 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic Native
1/2 tsp Iodize Salt
1/2 tsp MSG
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
2 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce

In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, paprika, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Add water to the mixture and continue to mix until the texture is smooth.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

After marinating, shape the mixture into small sausages or patties.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil to prevent sticking.

Cook the longganisa in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
