1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp flour

In a mixing bowl, combine the boneless chicken thigh giniling with salt, chicken powder seasoning, white pepper, ginger powder, paprika, oyster sauce, dry sweet basil, vegetable oil, kalamansi juice, sugar, flour, and garlic powder.
