1 kg beef shank
1 onion

2 Knorr beef cubes

Cut the beef shank into large pieces.

In a large pot, add the beef shank and cover with water.

Bring the water to a boil and skim off any foam that rises to the surface.

Add 1 chopped onion to the pot.

Add 2 Knorr beef cubes for flavor.

Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours until the beef is tender.

Once the beef is tender, add 2 chopped potatoes and 1 chopped corn to the pot.

Add 1 bunch of green beans and cook for another 10 minutes.

Finally, add 1 bunch of bok choy and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
