Chinese Egg Rolls

4 cups water
1/2 to 1 tbsp. salt
4 eggs
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 cup chopped green onions
4 oz. chopped pork
4 oz. chopped broccoli stems or celery
4 oz. chopped mushrooms
1 tablespoon cooking oil

Add flour to mixing bowl.

Ladle 1 or more scoops of mix and spread crepe to the edge of the pan.

Spread 2 or 3 tablespoons of the filling onto the center of the crepe.
