1 lb Argentinian prawns
1 lb supermarket prawns
1 cup fresh coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup Peri Peri sauce
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
to taste jasmine rice
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 cup carrots, diced
1 cup leek, sliced
1 cup white onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons lime juice

Clean the Argentinian prawns by cutting them open and removing the poopy vein.
