Clean the prawns (refer to the video link provided)
Chop the onion and tomato
In a large pan, heat some oil and sauté the chopped onion until translucent
Add the chopped tomato and cook until it breaks down
Stir in the turmeric powder and coriander
Add the coconut powder and mix well
Pour in the boiled water and bring to a simmer
Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque
Season with salt and add the chopped chillies to taste
