Tomato - 1 no. chopped
Chopped Ginger
Salt to taste
Water - 2 cups
Few Curry leaves
Coriander seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
Peppercorns - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili - 8 nos
Garlic
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Soaked Tamarind
Coconut milk - 3 Tbsp

In a mixer jar, add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, red chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, soaked tamarind.

Grind it without any water first.

Add thick coconut milk and grind it to a smooth paste.

Heat a pan with coconut oil, add onions and ginger.

After the onions are brown, add tomatoes.

Add salt and the ground masala paste.

Add water and bring it to a boil.

Boil the gravy for 10 mins.
