Add large king prawns and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in fish sauce; adjust seasoning to taste.
Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions until tender; drain and set aside.
Divide cooked rice noodles among serving bowls.
Ladle hot laksa broth with prawns over the noodles.
Top with fresh coriander and squeeze lime juice on top before serving.
