1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red color
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 egg
2 tbsp corn flour powder
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
2 green chilies finely slitted
4 dry red chilies
some curry leaves
2-3 tbsp red chili sauce

In a bowl, add 750 grams of washed and deveined prawns.

Add 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 2 tsp red chili powder, 2 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp red color, and 1 tsp salt.

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 egg to the mixture.

Add 2 tbsp corn flour powder and 2 tbsp all-purpose flour.

Combine all the ingredients together and marinate for 1 to 2 hours or overnight.

Heat oil in a pan.

Drop the marinated prawns one by one into the heated oil.

Leave the prawns for two minutes, then flip them after five minutes.

Take them out and drain on a paper towel.

Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan.

Add 1 tsp finely chopped ginger, 2 tsp finely chopped garlic, 2 green chilies finely slitted, and 4 dry red chilies.

Add some curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds.

Add 2 to 3 tbsp red chili sauce and mix well.

Add some water and mix it well.

Add the fried prawns into the sauce and cook for 2 minutes on low heat, mixing well until the sauce coats the prawns.

Turn off the heat and serve hot with some lemon wedges.
