1/2 cup protein powder (isotropics)
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 banana
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon maple extract
1 tablespoon organic honey (optional)

Add 1/2 cup of protein powder to the blender.
