half of a banana (mashed)
1.5 tablespoon of honey
1.5 tablespoon of unsweetened cacao

In a bowl, combine 4 whole eggs, 100 grams of oats, half of a banana, a scoop of protein powder (if using), a tablespoon of peanut butter (if using), a teaspoon of honey (if using), a pinch of salt, 1.2 teaspoon of baking powder, 1.2 teaspoon of baking soda, and a splash of milk.

Mix the ingredients until well combined.

Cook the pancakes on a heated skillet until golden brown on both sides.

For the healthy chocolate syrup, mash half of a banana and mix it with 1.5 tablespoon of honey and 1.5 tablespoon of unsweetened cacao.
