Protein Pancakes

3/4 cup egg whites
1 whole egg
1 scoop Extent protein powder (cookie butter flavor)

Crack the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks, keeping the yolks in the shell.

Repeat the process until you have about 3/4 cup of egg whites in a bowl.

Add one whole egg to the bowl with the egg whites.

Add one scoop of Extent protein powder (cookie butter flavor) to the bowl.

Whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.

Spray a pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Pour the pancake batter into the pan and let it cook for about 1-2 minutes.

Watch for bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake, indicating it's time to flip.

Carefully flip the pancake to avoid burning.
