1 cup pancake and waffle mix
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp sweetener
2 scoops (around 60g) whey protein (cookies and cream flavor)
2 cream filled chocolate cookies
2 tbsp light butter

Start with 1 cup of pancake and waffle mix.

Add 3/4 cup of water to the mix.

Incorporate 2 tablespoons of sweetener.

Add 2 scoops (around 60g) of whey protein, using cookies and cream flavor.

Crumble 2 cream filled chocolate cookies and add them to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of light butter for moisture.

Mix the batter until well combined.

Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat it to medium (6 out of 10).

Pour some batter into the pan and cook for a few minutes on each side until done.

After 15 minutes, serve the pancakes topped with sugar-free chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and 2 additional cookies for presentation.
