RIDICULOUSLY EASY PROTEIN PANCAKES || made with pancake mix!

Grab 5 short 16 oz mason jars for meal prep.

Add 1/3 cup (40 g) of pancake mix to each jar.

Add 2 1/2 tablespoons (13 g) of vanilla whey protein powder to each jar.

Add 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon to each jar.

Add 1/8 teaspoon of baking soda to each jar.

Optionally add 2-3 grams of fiber powder to each jar.

Repeat the above steps for all 5 jars, then shake them to mix the dry ingredients.

Store the jars in a cool, dry place until ready to use.

When ready to make pancakes, pour 90 g (1/3 cup) of liquid egg whites into one jar.

Stir the mixture with a spoon to combine, ensuring no dry powder remains.

Use a milk frother to mix everything together until well combined.

Preheat an 8-inch non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and coat with cooking spray.

Pour the batter into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form and the edges start to set.

Flip the pancake once ready, cooking for another minute until golden brown and fluffy.

Serve the pancakes drizzled with PB Fit, fresh berries, and optionally maple syrup.
