80 grams oats
1 scoop protein powder
3/4 of a medium banana
1 teaspoon baking powder

Crack 4 whole eggs into a mixing bowl.

Weigh 80 grams of oats and add them to the bowl.

Add 1 scoop of protein powder to the mixture.

Take a medium banana, use 3/4 of it, and break it into pieces before adding it to the bowl.

Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture.
