Protein Pancakes

1 scoop protein powder

In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, vanilla extract, sugar substitute, and yogurt.

Add the protein powder and whisk thoroughly until completely smooth and blended.

Use a rubber spatula to scrape the sides of the bowl if needed.

Whisk in the baking powder and let the batter rest while heating the griddle.

Heat a nonstick griddle over medium heat and spray with oil.
