Crack the eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl.

Add flour to the mix.

Heat the frying pan on the stovetop on low to medium heat.

Add a teaspoon of butter or oil to the pan.

Add a ½ cup of batter to the pancake frying pan and spread the batter evenly in the pan.

When the top surface of the pancake appears dry, flip the pancake and let it fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown on the under side.

Repeat steps 8 to 10 for the next pancake until the remainder of mix is used.
