Crack the eggs and whisk them in a large 8 cup bowl.

Add milk to the bowl and whisk until eggs are well mixed.

Add flour to the mix and whisk until all clumps of flour are gone.

Heat the frying pan on the stovetop using low to medium heat. When hot, add a little bit (half teaspoon-ish) of butter or oil to the pan.

Add a 1/4 cup of mix to each spot in the plättar frying pan.

Once the top surface of the pancakes are dry, flip the pancakes over using a spatula.

After a few minutes, remove the plattar from the pan by flipping the whole pan upside down over the plate. Then butter the pan and add a new batch of mix.
