125 g white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
50 ml neutral oil
120 g white spelt flour
0.5 teaspoon yon salt (or baking soda)

Preheat the oven to 170°C or 150°C with a fan.

In a bowl, add 50 g of salted butter.

Add 125 g of white sugar to the butter and whip together.

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract) and continue whipping.

Add 50 ml of neutral oil and whip until combined.

In a separate bowl, combine 120 g of white spelt flour with 0.5 teaspoon of yon salt (or baking soda).

Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing a third at a time and scraping down the sides as needed.

Form small cookies using about 1 teaspoon of dough each and place them on a baking tray.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden on the edges.
