Protein Pancakes

4 eggs
2 whole eggs
2 egg whites
2 bananas
1 scoop protein powder
½ cup oats
½ tsp cinnamon

Put 2 whole eggs and 2 egg whites into a mixing bowl.

Add 2 bananas (or 1 for space reasons) to the bowl.

Add 1 scoop of protein powder to the mixture.

Add ½ cup of oats and ½ tsp of cinnamon to the bowl.

Blend all ingredients together until the bananas are completely blended.

Heat a pan and spray it with pan spray before it gets too hot.

Pour the pancake mixture into the heated pan, making pancakes of your desired size.

Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake.

Flip the pancake once bubbles appear and let it cook for a few more seconds.

Remove the pancake from the pan once cooked and let the backside cook briefly if needed.

Serve the pancakes topped with peanut butter or strawberries.
