Prepare a paste with 2 small tomatoes, 5 garlic cloves, 2 green chilies, and 0.5 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder in a grinding jar.

Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.

Add the tomato paste to the pan and cook on low flame for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the water evaporates.

Set the tomato paste aside to cool.

In a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and add 3-4 finely chopped garlic cloves and 1 large chopped onion; cook until the onion is translucent.

Add finely chopped carrot, bell peppers, and cabbage to the wok; mix well and cook on medium-low heat until half cooked.

Add salt to taste and mix well, cooking for another 2-3 minutes on high flame.

Add the cooled tomato paste to the vegetables and mix well on low flame.

Add the cooked rice to the mixture, along with black pepper and a little garam masala; mix everything thoroughly and turn off the heat.
