3 cups long grain boiled rice
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp MSG (Ajinomoto)
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp chilli sauce/sambal
1 tbsp white vinegar/mirin
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
1/2 onion, chopped
3 bulbs of green onion, chopped
1 mid size carrot, chopped
50 g beans, chopped
1 mid size capsicum, chopped

Boil rice and strain them. Prefer to steam the rice for 10 min after boiling and add little oil to prevent sticking; leftover rice can be used but results may vary.

Heat olive oil in a wok at a very high flame.

Add onions and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped carrots and cook for another minute.

Add ginger-garlic paste and let cook for a minute or two.

Add beans and capsicum. Let the veggies cook for 4-5 minutes or till they leave moisture.

Add boiled rice to the veggies and mix everything well.

Add black pepper, salt and MSG. Mix and cook for a minute.

Add soy sauce, chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix the sauces well into the rice. Let it cook for a minute or till the sauces settle.

Sprinkle some chopped green onions.
