Protein Pancakes

1/3 cup old-fashioned oats
1/3 cup water
1 scoop Beverly International protein powder
1 scoop collagen peptides
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
1/4 cup water (additional)

In a large glass bowl, add 1/3 cup of old-fashioned oats and 1/3 cup of water.

Microwave the oats and water for 1 minute until cooked.

Add 1 scoop of Beverly International protein powder and 1 scoop of collagen peptides to the oats.

Crack in 1 whole egg and add 2 egg whites to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients together, adding 1/4 cup of water if the batter is too thick.

Heat a non-stick skillet with non-stick spray over medium heat.

Pour the batter into the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown.
