1/2 cup thick yogurt
sugar

green chutney
red chutney (tamarind and dates)
finely chopped onions
finely chopped tomatoes
boiled mung beans
black salt
red chili powder
sev bhujia
finely chopped green chilies
finely chopped coriander leaves
pomegranate seeds

Take 1/2 cup thick yogurt and mix in sugar and salt to taste, then whip until smooth.

Spread the thick yogurt in the center of a serving board or plate.

Slice boiled potatoes into thin slices and arrange them on top of the yogurt.

Drizzle green chutney and red chutney (tamarind and dates) over the potatoes.
