Prepare the batter by mixing Gram Flour, Rice Flour, Carom Seeds, Asafoetida, Red Chilli Powder, Tumeric Powder, Salt, chopped Green Chilli, and enough Water to achieve a smooth consistency.

Dip Spinach Leaves in the batter and deep-fry them until crispy.

Prepare toppings by boiling Moong Beans and chopping Onion and Tomato.
