Masala Corn Chaat

200 gm canned corn
¼ cup carrots finely chopped
1/8 cup tomato finely chopped
¼ cup green bell peppers finely chopped
1/8 cup onions finely chopped
1 green chili finely chopped
Few sprigs coriander leaves finely chopped
1-2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1/8 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp chaat masala powder

In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled corn kernels, chopped onion, and chopped tomato.

Add the chopped green chilies and fresh coriander leaves to the bowl.

Sprinkle in the chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt.

Drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture.
