1 cup sweet corn
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 inch ginger (grated)
1 green chili (chopped)
1 lemon (juiced)

Heat a pan on medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan and let it melt.

Once the butter is melted, add 1 cup of sweet corn to the pan.

Stir the corn in the butter for about 5 to 7 minutes until it is soft.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of chaat masala to the corn.

Mix in 1/2 inch of grated ginger and 1 chopped green chili.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the mixture and stir well to combine all ingredients.
