2 cups sweet corn
1 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp additional salt
1/2 cup onion (optional)

Boil water in a pot and add salt.

Add peeled sweet corn to the boiling water and boil until cooked, about 3 minutes.

Once cooked, let the corn cool and then peel it.

Microwave the sweet corn for 1 minute covered with plastic wrap.

In a container, add 1.5 teaspoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of red chili powder to the corn and mix well while the corn is still warm.

Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of chaat masala, and half a teaspoon of salt to taste, along with half a teaspoon of red chili powder.

Close the container and shake well to coat the corn with butter and spices.

Serve hot and optionally add chopped onion on top.
