1/2 cup water
1 small tomato
1 small green chili
fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cucumber
1/2 small red onion
1 lemon
1/4 teaspoon black salt
1 cup butter

1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 cheese cube
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
1/2 teaspoon butter

Turn on the gas and add 1/2 cup water to a kadhai.

Add 3 cups of frozen corn to the kadhai and mix.

Cover with a lid and steam on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

After 3 minutes, check the corn and mix again, then cover and steam for another 2-3 minutes until cooked.

Once cooked, ensure there is no water left in the corn.

For the first flavor, take 1 cup of the steamed corn in a bowl.

Add butter that has been out of the fridge for 5 minutes to the corn.

Add chili flakes for flavor.

Add 1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs and some finely chopped fresh coriander.

Add 1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper.

Grate in one cheese cube and mix well until the cheese starts to melt.

Serve immediately in a bowl and top with more grated cheese.

For the second flavor, turn the gas back on to heat the corn for 1 minute.

Transfer the hot corn to a bowl.

Add 1 small finely chopped tomato, 1 small finely chopped green chili, a generous amount of chopped fresh coriander, and 1/2 finely chopped cucumber.

Add 1/2 small finely chopped red onion and squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon.

Add 1/4 teaspoon black salt and mix everything well.

For the third flavor, again heat the corn in a kadhai with a little water.

Transfer the corn to a bowl and add 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, salt to taste, and 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala.
