Boiled & cubed potatoes- 1/2 cup
Boiled chickpeas- 1/4 cup
Boiled Green Moong- 1/4 cup
Chopped onions- 1/4 cup
Anardana- 1/8 cup
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder- 2 tsp
Chaat masala- 1 tsp
Saunf powder- 1 tsp
Jeera powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Hung curd- 1 cup
Mint coriander chutney- as required
Tamarind chutney- as required
Barik sev- handful

Combine boiled & cubed potatoes, boiled chickpeas, boiled green moong, chopped onions, and anardana in a bowl.

Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, saunf powder, jeera powder, and coriander powder to the mixture and mix well.

In a separate bowl, prepare the hung curd and season it with salt if desired.

To serve, layer the mixture on a board or platter, drizzle with mint coriander chutney and tamarind chutney, and top with barik sev.

Serve with papdi, golgappe, or chips.
