Chop onion, tomato, bell pepper, and green chili finely.

Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter until melted.

Add chopped onion and green chili to the pan and fry until the onion turns translucent and slightly pink.

Add chopped bell pepper and sauté for 1 minute, keeping it crunchy.

Add chopped tomato and cook for 1 minute until slightly soft.

Add 1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, and a pinch of garam masala, mixing well.

Add salt to taste and mix everything thoroughly.

Add 1 tablespoon of pav bhaji masala and mix. If the mixture seems dry, add a little more butter or oil.

Place pav (bread) on top of the vegetable mixture in the pan.

Spread a little butter or oil on top of the pav and cook for a few minutes.

Flip the pav to ensure both sides are coated with the vegetable mixture and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Serve hot with coffee or tea, optionally garnished with chopped cilantro.
